Appetizers

•   Seared Foie Gras Seasoned and Served on a Brioche Crouton with Green Tomato Agrodolce.  $14.

•   Cornmeal Fried Oysters with Spiked Fresh Vegetables and Sauce Mignonette.  $8

Salads

•   Baby Spinach with Applewood Smoked Blue Cheese, Crispy Proscuitto and Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette.  $8

•   Classic Caesar with an Olive Tapenade Crouton and Parmesan Cheese Curls.  $6

Entrees

•   12oz. Grilled Veal Chop with Ancho Chili & Espresso Rub.  Served with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Hand Peeled Roasted Carrots and Fresh Demi-Glace.  $47

•   8oz. Ahi Tuna Steak with Puerto Rican Sofrito Rice, Edamame and Caramelized Mushrooms.  $30

•   Old Fashioned English Chocolate Steamed Pudding.  $8
