Ellie + Josh | Palisades-Kepler State Park Engagement Session | Mount Vernon, Iowa

Palisades-Kepler State Park in Mount Vernon was the perfect location for Ellie + Josh’s engagement session! Grayson even made an appearance in some of the photos! Tell me he isn’t the most handsome little guy you’ve ever seen!! Ellie + Josh are getting married on September 15th at St. Joseph Church in Elkader, with a reception following at the Old School Celebrations. Elkader is a beautiful town and Kim is so excited to photograph their wedding!!

“We have been together almost two years. We met a long time ago through his cousin and racing, but started connecting as more than friends about a month before/at Country on the River in 2016.”

“Our absolute favorite things to do together are to just relax at home & watch movies and go to the races!”

“Josh proposed a few days before Thanksgiving in the middle of my dad’s field. He started talking about building a house on the land, says he had already talked to my dad about it & when I turned around to question him, he was down on one knee with my son in his arms and asked if I would marry him & if he could be his daddy forever!”
